体外高频透热在治疗慢性阻塞性肺病中的应用

Application of in vitro high frequency heat penetration in treatment of chronic blocking pulmonary tuberculosis

目的探讨体外高频透热在治疗慢性阻塞性肺病中应用。方法 2008年2月—2010年5月汝州市第二人民医院门诊诊断治疗的慢性阻塞性肺病缓解期268例,随机分为常规治疗组130例采用常规干预治疗方法;体外高频透热组138例采用常规干预治疗方法联合体外高频透热,对两组病例均于治疗前和治疗后进行肺功能测定并进行比较。结果两组肺功能测定治疗前比较P>0.05,无显著差异性。两组治疗后比较P<0.05有显著差异性。结论在慢性阻塞性肺病缓解期进行体外高频透热及其它物理辅助治疗方法,能够有效的改善肺通气和换气功能,改善临床症状,防止感染,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the in vitro high-frequency diathermy in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the application.Methods February 2008—2010 May our hospital the diagnosis and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in remission 268 cases were randomly divided into 130 cases of conventional therapy group intervention with conventional treatment;external high frequency diathermy group of 138 cases of conventional intervention therapy combined with external high-frequency diathermy,two groups of patients were treated with pulmonary function before and after treatment,measured and compared.Results Pulmonary function test before treatment P〉 0.05,no significant difference.Comparing the two groups after treatment,P〈0.05 there is significant difference.Conclusions In patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease remission in vitro high-frequency heat and other physical assistance through treatment,can effectively improve the pulmonary ventilation and gas exchange function,improve symptoms,prevent infections,improve patient quality of life.
