Although the expansion of master candidate＇s enrollment is forced by times and high-quality educational resources will face shortages and tension,we must base ourselves upon long-term strategic vision.The analysis of the human capital reserve,higher education development,China＇s strategy of going out,social stabilizer,technology diffusion,development and growth of tertiary industry,urbanization and the development of residents has shown that the ＂spillover effect＂ of the expansion of master candidate＇s enrollment is greater than its negative impact,which is very necessary for China＇s long-term development.
