饮水试验与昼间眼压曲线的相关性研究

摘要 目的探讨接受抗青光眼药物治疗的原发性开角型青光眼(primary open-angle glaucoma,POAG)患者饮水试验(water deprivation test,WDT)和昼间眼压曲线之间的眼压峰值与波动是否相关。方法 36例POAG患者和20例正常人接受了饮水试验与昼间眼压曲线测量,统计分析WDT眼压峰值、波动均值与昼间眼压曲线峰值、波动之间的相关性。结果 POAG和正常人的WDT眼压峰值和昼间眼压曲线峰值正相关(r=0.844),而WDT眼压波动和昼间眼压曲线波动无明显相关(r=0.136)。结论 WDT眼压峰值可能替代昼间眼压曲线峰值来评估接受抗青光眼药物治疗的POAG患者病情。 Objective To analyze the correlation of peak intraocular pressure (IOP) and fluctuation between water drinking test (WDT) and diurnal IOP curve. Methods Thirty-six patients with POAG and 20 healthy people were enrolled in the study. Correlations between their peak IOP and fluctuations were analyzed with SPSS software. Results The peak IOP of WDT was correlated with that of diurnal IOP curve ( r=0. 844). While the correlation of the fluctuations between the two tests was poor (r=0. 136). Conclusions WDT might be a good method for estimating the peak IOP of POAG patients' daytime diurnal IOP curve. (Chin J Ophthalmol and Otorhinolaryngo1,2011,11:43-45 )
