B细胞在系统性红斑狼疮发病机制中的作用研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)是由多种复杂因素共同作用的,可引起个体差异明显的多系统损害、病程迁延反复的典型器官非特异性自身免疫性疾病。其病因及发病机制至今仍未完全明确,可能与遗传、环境、内分泌异常及免疫紊乱等有着密切关系。近几年通过对SLE模型小鼠及人SLE的研究发现,B细胞在SLE发生、发展中可能起到重要作用。
