脐带间充质干细胞移植治疗系统性红斑狼疮合并Stevens-Johnson综合征一例 被引量:1

摘要 患者女,46岁。因“反复面部红斑18年,全身皮疹伴发热1周”于2009年8月1日入院。患者18年前出现面部红斑,多关节肿痛,脱发,雷诺现象,尿蛋白(++),抗双链DNA(dsDNA)抗体、抗Sm抗体阳性,诊断为“系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)”。给予泼尼松、环磷酰胺(CTX)、硫酸羟氯喹治疗,蛋白尿消失。
