摘要
根据新疆喀什噶尔旅游股份有限公司开发的尼瓦克宾馆贵宾楼,针对其主楼进行地基处理的施工管理过程中发现的质量问题,论述了长螺旋钻孔压灌混凝土桩的质量特点及施工工艺,并对长螺旋钻成孔泵送混凝土灌注桩在施工中出现的8种常见质量缺陷提出了相应的控制技术,具有较高的社会效益和经济效益。
According to Xinjiang villa in newari grams hotel developed by Kashi tourism Co.,LTD,in view of the problems found during the process of its main building foundation processing construction management,discussed the quality characteristics and construction technology of the long helical drilling pressure irrigation concrete pile,put forwarded corresponding control technology for eight kinds of common quality defects appeared in construction of long spiral drill hole formation pumping concrete pile,which is of high social and economic benefits.
