结合近年来对青海某些地区采暖状况的调查,提出了提倡人们采用"行为节能"手段的观点,并分别对"行为节能"的思路和具体做法进行了具体阐述,以引导、培养全民的节能意识,为节约有限能源,贡献出一份力量。

Integrating with the investigation on the heating conditions in recent years,it proposes the view of ＂behavior energy-saving＂ for people,and respectively describes the thought and specific practice of ＂behavior energy-saving＂,with a view to induce and cultivate energy-saving consciousness,and to do some contribution for saving limited energy.
