摘要
综述了目前用于评价Ｃ３Ｉ系统的各类方法与过程，讨论了Ｃ３Ｉ系统的评价框架。
This paper reviews Various approaches and processes used in evaluation of C 3I systems.The framework for evaluation of C 3I system is discussed. Based on the proposed framework the advantages and shortages of all the approaches and processes mentioned above are analyzed.
