高钢级管线钢中M/A岛的微观特征及其对力学性能的影响 被引量:28

摘要 通过光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对四种X80和X100管线钢管材组织中马氏体和残余奥氏体(M/A)岛的微观特征进行了对比分析,并结合力学性能检测,研究了M/A岛的微观特征对力学性能的影响。结果表明:X80管线钢组织中的M/A岛呈块状或点状,有尖角且不均匀分布;X100管线钢组织中的M/A岛呈点状或条状弥散分布;管线钢组织中M/A岛的体积分数、平均尺寸、形态及分布对钢的强度、屈强比和韧性有显著影响;当M/A岛体积分数为17.99%,且存在细小、弥散分布的点状或条状交错分布的M/A岛时,管线钢具有最佳的强韧性能匹配。 The microstructure characteristics of martensite/austenite(M/A) islands of four kinds of X80 and X100 steel pipelines were investigated by optical microscopy and SEM contrastively,and the influences of M/A island microstructure characteristics on mechanical properties were studied combining with the tests of mechanical properties.The results show that the M/A islands presented the forms of bulk or spot with sharp corners and unevenly distributed in the microstructure of X80 pipeline steel.M/A islands of the X100 pipeline steel were spot or strip and dispersively distributed.The effects of volume fraction,average dimension,form and distribution of the M/A islands on strength,yield ratio and toughness were distinct.When the volume fraction of M/A islands was 17.99% and the islands distributed uniformly with small and dotted or crossed strip forms,the pipeline steel exhibited excellent strength-toughness matching.
