摘要
通过向研制的高碱度焊剂中加入质量分数为0%,2%,4%的稀土氧化铈(CeO2),实现向焊缝金属中添加不同含量的稀土,研究了不同含量的CeO2对焊缝金属显微组织和性能的影响。结果表明:加入稀土后的焊缝组织以针状铁素体为主,晶粒得到了细化,焊缝的冲击韧性明显改善;其中,焊剂中CeO2加入量为2%的焊缝金属的冲击性能要好于加入量为4%的。
Through adding rare earth(RE) ceria(CeO2,0wt%,2wt% and 4wt%) to the developed high basicity flux,the different contents of RE elements were added to the welding seam metal.The effects of different contents of CeO2 on microstructure and properties of the welding seam metal were investigated.The results show that microstructure of the welding seam with RE was main acicular ferrite,the grains were refined and impact toughness of the seam was improved significantly.The impact properties of the welding seam metal with flux containing 2wt% CeO2 were better than those with 4wt% CeO2.
