二维TiO_2纳米网格对CdTe量子点的吸附性能 被引量:1

摘要 通过真空蒸镀和高温煅烧方法,从蝴蝶翅膀鳞片生物模板上复制二维TiO2纳米网格,采用SEM、EDS、TEM等对其进行了表征,分析了其对CdTe量子点的吸附性能。结果表明:用此方法可成功制备二维TiO2纳米网格,高温煅烧可以完全去除生物模板;TiO2纳米网格上形成了吸附较好的CdTe量子点,TiO2纳米网格比TiO2膜有更好的吸附性能。 Two-dimensional(2D) TiO2 nanogrids were replicated from butterfly wing scales as bio-templates by vacuum evaporation and high temperature calcination method,and then characterized by SEM,EDS and TEM.The adsorption properties of the nanogrids to CdTe quantum dots were analyzed.The results show that 2D-TiO2 nanogrids could be prepared successfully using the method.The bio-templates could be completely removed by high temperature calcination,and well-covered CdTe quantum dots on TiO2 nanogrids were formed.The adsorption properties of TiO2 nanogrids were better than those of the TiO2 film.
