Notch信号转导通路在骨形成和重建中的调节作用 被引量:2

摘要 骨重建是一个持续不断的骨组织吸收以及骨形成的过程。骨形成由源自间质干细胞的成骨细胞完成,而骨吸收则由来自多能造血干细胞的破骨细胞完成。破骨细胞一般在3~5周内完成重建单元中的骨吸收,而成骨细胞则要用3~5个月的时间对基质进行矿化以完成骨的重建。骨形态发生蛋白(BMPs)以及Wnt信号转导通路[4]对间质干细胞向成骨细胞的分化有着调节作用。
