摘要
目的研制一种具有动态样本对照和组合式细胞培养能力的细胞实验装置,以满足地面开展航天医学细胞学微重力效应模拟研究的要求。方法通过研制新颖细胞样本组合支持系统与可变向同步传动系统,实现地面细胞微重力效应的可靠模拟,并开展流体力学环境验证试验检验细胞培养环境力学条件。同时进行细胞学验证实验并与空间实验结果进行比较。结果实/试验证明,多个独立样本在同步传动系统驱动下运转协调统一,样本可自由变向运转,细胞培养瓶内力学环境良好;模拟微重力效应实验中细胞生长增殖和微重力效应与空间实验结果一致。结论双向多样本细胞实验装置可用于地面开展细胞微重力效应模拟研究。
Objective To develop a novel cell experiment device with dynamic control samples and assembled cell culture model,for meeting requirement of space medical research on ground.Methods The new multi-sample holding system and synchronous belt gearing system with changeable direction were designed to implement reliable simulation of cell microgravity effect on ground.Then,some experiments were carried out to validate the effects of simulation microgravity on cells.Results Experiments confirmed that samples could alter axes of rotation freely and shear stress in cell culture bottle could be neglected.The results of cell proliferation and cytoskeletal changes in simulation microgravity experiment were in accordance with that of spaceflight experiment.Conclusion This two-direction,multi-sample cell experiment device can be applied to research of simulation microgravity effect on ground.
