摘要 目的对载人航天飞行任务中航天员生理数据及载人飞行器数据进行实时接收和管理,为实时处理分析、医监医保提供数据支撑。方法数据存储软件、数据文件和系统数据库共同组成实时医监医保决策支持系统的数据存储子系统,由数据存储软件接收数据,按照任务需求,将数据进行转换后存入系统数据库,或者创建数据文件及其索引。结果该系统已经经过了多次神舟飞行试验任务的检验,能够做到连续十余天正常工作,数据存储子系统完整可靠地保存了试验数据。结论实时医监医保决策支持系统的设计能够满足载人航天对实时性、完整性、安全性等的要求。 Objective To receive and manage the astronauts' medical data and the manned aerocraft data,provide data support for real time analysis and medical support.Methods The data storage software,data files and system database composed the data storage subsystem.The data storage software received and conversed the data.According to the system requirements,these data were put into system database or created data files and data indices.Results The actual flight tasks of ShenZhou spacecrafts verified that the system could operate correctly and continuously for some dozens of days,and the data storage subsystem saved the task data correctly and reliably. Conclusion The design of real-time medical monitoring and medical support decision support system can satisfy the requirements of real-time,integrity and security for manned spaceflight.
