摘要 鼻息肉是鼻黏膜的慢性炎症产物,人群中发病率约为1%~4%〔1〕,其发病机制仍然不甚明了,目前有不少人论证鼻息肉的发病机制,如变态反相关炎症理论;气流动力学理论,但这一结论并不能解释鼻息肉具有特征性的组织学特征;多因素假说,
