球后视神经直径的超声波测量 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨超声波测量球后视神经直径的可行性和准确性。方法 100例(100只眼),其中玻璃体混浊80例,高颅内压患者20例。使用B型超声波检查仪,由两名医生分别对同一患者的同一只眼采用轴向扫描和横向扫描两种方法测量眼球后3mm处视神经直径,测量3次取平均值。结果两名医生用横行扫描方法测量视神经直径分别为(3.87±0.49)mm、(3.95±0.50)mm;用轴向扫描测量视神经直径分别为(3.96±0.50)mm、(3.96±0.48)mm,横向扫描和轴向扫描的结果无统计学差异。将两名医生横向扫描方法测量视神经直径的结果进行相关性分析,相关系数为0.59;轴向扫描结果的相关系数为0.24。结论超声波测量球后视神经直径是一种简便、准确的方法。横向扫描的方法一致性更好。 Objective The diameters of the retrobulbar optic nerve(OND) were measured by B-scan ultrasonography. The accuracy and viability of this OND measurement technique were investigated.Methods 80 patients with vitreous opacity and 20 patients with intracranial hypertension were examined. Each patients underwent ultrasound examination by two doctors at the same time. Each doctor measure diameter of the optic nerve 3 mm behind the globe with axial scan and transverse scan technique.The mean of three measurements of the OND was used for analysis.Results OND was 3.87±0.49mm(doctor A),3.95±0.50mm(doctor B) on transverse scan and 3.96±0.50mm(doctor A), 3.96±0.48mm(doctor B) on axial scan. There was no significant difference in OND between transverse scan and axial scan .By testing the correlation two doctor’s result with transverse scan,the correlation coefficient was 0.59,and with axial scan, the correlation coefficient was 0.24.Conclusion Ultrasonography is a simple and accurate technique to measure the diameters of the retrobulbar optic nerve, the transverse scan is more accurate.
