原发性虹膜睫状体囊肿在正常人群中的发生状况 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨原发性虹膜睫状体囊肿(以下简称囊肿)在正常人群中的发生及分布状况。方法 200例(400只眼)受检者采用超声生物显微镜(UBM)进行眼前段检查,记录囊肿数量、眼别、部位、象限分布,探讨囊肿在正常人群中的发生状况及年龄分布。采用t检验、χ2检验和直线相关分析进行统计分析。结果 200例(400只眼)中,发现有囊肿的患者82例(128只眼),占被检例数的41%;其中48例(58.54%)为双眼发生,32例(39.02%)为单眼发生。20~30岁之间囊肿发生率最高,其中30岁以内发生率为64.58%,随年龄增长囊肿的发生率呈下降趋势(回归分析,r=-0.683,P<0.05);共检出囊肿468个,其中42.7%位于睫状沟,57.3%位于睫状冠,6.14%位于鼻上象限,23.42%位于鼻下象限,26.86%在颞上象限,43.58%在颞下象限。56.8%为男性,44.2%为女性,囊肿发生没有性别差异(χ2=2.87,P>0.05)。结论正常人群中囊肿的发生率较高,随年龄增长囊肿的发生呈下降趋势。 Objective To report the incidence and sector distribution of iris-ciliary body cysts in normal subjects and to assess association with age using ultrasound biomicroscopy. Methods 400 eyes of 200 normal subjects age from 20 to 67 years were examined with UBM scan. Any primary iris-ciliary body cysts were recorded in the parameters of quantity, location, and quadrant. Results Cysts were found in 82 (41%) of the 200 subjects. The incidence was 64.58% for subjects 20~30 years, which decreased with age (r=-0.683,P0.05). 468 Cysts were detected, which were found most frequently and in greater numbers in the inferior and temporal sectors. Gender didn’t affect the incidence(χ2=2.87,P0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound biomicroscopy disclosed a high incidence of ciliary body cysts in normal subjects, which decreased with age.
