摘要 目的老年性黄斑变性(AMD)已成为老年人视功能障碍的主要原因之一,其确切发病机制至今未明,治疗效果也不满意。当前研究表明多不饱和脂肪酸在降低AMD发病的危险性和阻止AMD进程中可能起了一定的作用,本文主要对n-3多不饱和脂肪酸与AMD的研究进展进行综述。 The age-related macular degeneration(AMD)is one of the most primary cause of visual function to the health of the Western elderly ,the exact pathogenesis is currently unknown and related treatment is also dissatisfied too, current research shows that polyunsaturated fatty acids may play a role in reducing AMD incidence and preventing the risk of AMD process,This article reviews the recents studies of n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids on AMD。
