机械力对核心结合因子-α_1的表达和调控

Effect and regulatory mechanisms of mechanical strain on the expression of core binding factor-α_1

摘要 核心结合因子(Cbf)-α1在骨成型和骨改建过程中起着重要的作用,而机械力则是调控骨改建的一个关键性因素。本文就Cbf-α1的结构、Cbf-α1与骨改建的关系、机械力对Cbf-α1的表达调控等研究进展作一综述。 Core binding factor(Cbf)-α1 is an important transcription factor which is necessary for bone modeling and bone remodeling.Mechanical stress is regarded as a key factor for the regulation of bone remodeling.This article was to review the structure of the Cbf-α1,the relationship between Cbf-α1 and bone remodeling,recent research progress in regulation of mechanical forces on the Cbf-α1 expression.
