摘要 以循环流化床传热的颗粒絮团更新理论为基础,建立了一个计算床层与壁面间时均局部传热系数的数学模型。通过将循环流化床床层沿高度分段的方法,构想了颗粒絮团在壁面的形成与运动过程,考虑了床层密度的的轴向分布对时均局部传热系数的影响。模型计算结果与有关试验数据的对比表明该模型基本有效。图3 Based on the circulation fluidized bed's particle cluster renascence theory of heat transmission, a mathematical model has been worked out for the calculation of the local time averaged heat transfer coefficient between the bed's charge and the walls. The formation and motion of particle clusters at the wall surfaces has been conceived by deviding the circulating fluidized bed's charge into a number of sections along its height while the influence of axial distribution of the charge's density on the local time averaged heat transfer coefficient has been considered as well. Comparison of calculation results with relevant test data show that the model is essentially effective. figs 3 and refs 13.
