摘要
介绍了作者研制的以MCS8098单片机作为中央处理器的CA488Q发动机试验用电控系统。重点论述了该控制系统的构成、点火及喷油控制信号的生成方法,控制脉谱的制取过程以及喷油量、点火提前角的控制策略。最后,在发动机试验台架上进行了原机和电控后发动机的性能对比试验。试验结果表明,采用电控系统后,发动机的动力性。
In this paper,the design of an electronic control system of CA488Q automotive engine used for engine bench test was introduced.An MCS 8098 single chip microprocessor was used as ECU.The composition of the system,injection and ignition signal generation and measurement of control map characteristics,as well as the control algorism of gasoline injection quantity and ignition advance angle were discussed in detail.Results obtained from the engine controlled by the system were compared with those obtained from the original carburetor engine.The comparative results showed that with the help of the system,the power performance,fuel economy and idle running stability of the engine were improved obviously.
