摘要 研究了CMOS图像传感器图像插补引入色差噪声及对噪声传播产生的影响,建立了问题分析模型,得到规律性的结论:插补本身引入色差噪声,在图像边缘处产生伪彩色及拉链效应,不同插补方法引入不同结构的噪声;插补将各彩色通道不相关噪声变为相关噪声;当输入噪声水平较低时插补产生的伪彩色占主导地位,但噪声变大时,噪声传播将占主导地位。本文结论对CMOS图像传感器设计具有指导意义。 This paper has studied introduced noise and its propagation by CMOS image sensor interpolating. By establishing problem analysis model, the regular conclusion has been obtained. The interpolation process introduces the chromatic aberration noise, causing false color and the zipper effect in the image edge. Dif- ferent interpolation method introduces noises of different structures; the interpolation makes non-correlated noise at different colored channel become the related noise. When the input noise level is lower, false color produced through interpolating occupies the dominant position, but with noise increasing, the noise propaga- tion will gradually occupy the dominant position. This conclusion is of guiding meaning to the CMOS image sensor design.
