复合材料发动机机体变温粘弹性有限元分析(英) 被引量:1

摘要 用有限元方法对复合材料发动机机体的应力场和位移场进行了变温粘弹性研究,通过机体的动态实时测试,验证了计算结果的正确性,说明本文所采用的变温粘弹性模型和变温粘弹性有限元方法是可行的,反映了复合材料发动机机体的变形规律。所设计的前后处理软件把机体材料微观性能对机体有限元宏观计算方面的影响考虑进去,把结构用复合材料的微观设计与宏观性能相结合,描述了复合材料构件现代设计方法。在聚合物基复合材料发动机机体的结构分析中应考虑结构的粘弹性和温度变化,但考虑温度变化的影响,计算过程更复杂。从本文计算可以看出,由于DA462Q型复合材料发动机机体的最高温度在200 ℃以内,温度对计算结果影响不是非常显著。 The temperature dependent viscoelastic stresses and the displacements of the composite engine block are analyzed by three dimension finite element methods.The calculation results are verified by the dynamic testing of the composite engine block,which indicates that temperature dependent viscoelastic model and temperature dependent viscoelastic FEM analyses are feasible.The calculation result also shows deformation patterns of the composite engine block.The self compiled pre treatment and post treatment programs reflect the macro properties of the composite engine block depending on its micro properties.Micro design and macro properties of the composite parts are considered together,which is a new design technique of composite parts.The structure viscoelacticity and temperature variations should be taken into account in the analysis of phenolic composite engine blocks,but the calculations are more complex.The calculated results show that the highest temperature of the composite engine block of DA462Q is below 200 ℃,so the temperature has little effects on the calculation results.
