摘要
以某军用装甲车辆动力——大功率柴油发动机为研究对象,提出了在不改变现有结构形式和安装的条件下,应用机构动力学分析和优化设计理论,对发动机平衡装置系统进行了优化计算的两种方法。理论分析和试验结果表明:该平衡优化方法能有效地降低发动机的振动。
Two measures for vibration reduction of the powerful diesel engine of a military iron vehicle is suggested,without changing the installation and main structure of the engine.They lie in redesign of the balance equipment by the optimum theory.Analysis results,together with test result,show that the new method can efficiently reduce the vibration strength and improve the dynamic behavior of the whole diesel engine.
