摘要
介绍了内燃机数据采集和分析系统的结构、工作原理、功能和特点。本系统采用工业控制计算机和应用软件固化运行方式,提高了系统的抗干扰和抗病毒能力;采用自行设计的硬件电路配以自行开发的软件,形成了具有独创性的DMA技术,使内燃机的多路参数能同时采样;采用高速A/D配以光电编码器,使采样分辨率达0.1°CA,提高了系统的测量精度和分析精度,并建立了放热规律和喷油规律的数学模型。
This paper introduces the structure、working principle、functions and features of an data acquisition and analysis system for internal combustion engines.Because the device uses an industrial computer and the application software is burned in it,the system has strong ability of anti noise and anti virus.The hardware circuit in combination with the software developed by the author has been used for forming an unique DMA technology and measuring simultaneously the multi parameters in internal combustion engines.The high speed A/D and the optic electric encoder are adopted in the system to measure and analyses precisely.Its sampling resolution reaches as high as 0.1° CA.A mathematic model both for heat release rate and fuel injection characteristics is established.The methods to test the parameters of the internal combustion engine and the measures taken for improving measurement accuracy are also discussed.
