芳香性石油渣油液相炭化过程的研究——X射线衍射法对沥青中间相的结构研究

STUDY ON THE LIQUID-PHASE CARBONIZATION OF SEVERAL AROMATIC HEAVY RESIDUES—X-RAY DIFFRACTOMETRIC STUDY ON THE PARA-CRYSTALLINE STRUCTURE OF PITCH MESOPHASE

本文用X光衍射法研究了三个实验室制备的沥青经热解转化成中间相的准晶态结构。结果表明,沥青中间相具有较优良的类石墨准晶态结构,它们的结晶参数与石油焦的相应参数较为接近。三种中间相结晶参数之间的差别和中间相的光学形态上的差别有明显的相关性,并和沥青原料的分子结构有一定依存性。

The para-crystalline structure of three pitch mesophases was investigated by x-ray diffraction method. The results showed that pitch-mesophase possesses excellent graphite-like para-crystalline structure, the crystal parameters of which are quite adjacent to those of calcined petroleum cokes. There exist definite relationships among the crystal parameters, optical textural characteristics of mesophase and molecular structural features of pitch precursors.
