摘要
建立了用于内燃机增压系统流动模拟的零维与一维相结合的非定常流动混合计算模型。计算实践表明,该模型在各种计算条件下,排气压力波预测精度较高,计算流量误差一般均小于1% ,而且计算稳定。所编制的内燃机增压系统一维非定常流混合模型计算源程序具有较强的通用性,可适用于组合式MSEM、MPC、脉冲。
In this paper,a new model combining the emptying and filling model and the 1 D unsteady flow model is proposed and successfully used to the simulation of the gas flow in turbocharging systems of internal combustion engines.From the simulation with this model,the high accurate predicted pressure wave is obtained,and the mass flow error is less than 1% in all the possible cases,even the case of the simulation of combined MSEM system.The Mixed model program for simulating the 1 D unsteady gas flow has strong generality,it can be used in combined MSEM、MPC、Pulse、Pulse converter and MIXPC turbocharging systems.
