摘要
"工荒"是中国社会嬗变过程中,多个社会问题交织在一起,共同发酵、集中爆发的结果,它考验着市场经济条件下我国劳资关系的重塑。中国工会作为一种人群参与率最大的组织,在平衡劳资关系、维护社会公平、维护劳动者权益方面应起重要调节作用。
The prevailing Labor Shortage results from the fermentation and breakout of many interlaced social problems in the transmutation of the Chinese society,which is testing the remolding of the labor relation under the condition of market economy.And the Chinese labor union,as an organization with the highest participation rate,should contribute its important control response to balancing the labor relation,maintaining the social equality,and protecting the labors' rights and so on.
