New Developing Pattern of Commodity Economy and Commercial Capitalin Jiangnan Region during the Ming and Qing Dynasties——Taking the Paper and Plantation Industry of Quzhou as the Center

明清时期衢州府的造纸业和木植业是地方财政和国民经济收入的重要支撑,在木植业中有"拚"的产权分离和契约化的卖买关系,标志着商业资本已扩拓了发展道路,推进了商品经济的发展。这一经济现象值得重视。

During the Ming and Qing Dynasties,the paper-making industry and plantation industry served as the backbone of local government revenue and national income of Quzhou District.In the plantation industry,there emerged a dealing characterized by 'Pin',which means the separation of property rights and contraction.This symbolized the appearance and development of commercial capital which helped the development of commodity economy.This is a phenomenon worth more attention.
