秦国标准化发展研究

Research on the Development of Qin Dynasty's Standardization

文章首先论述了秦国围绕其"耕战"国策,开展标准化工作的情况:一是通过总结关中平原的农业生产经验,制定出适宜于本国农业发展的涉及农业管理和铁制农具、牛耕等先进技术应用的标准,极大地推动了秦国农业的发展;二是通过发展标准化的兵器制造业,制定军队征兵、管理等方面的标准,并通过国家法令的形式推广实施,造就了战无不胜的秦军。这些为秦国一统天下奠定了坚实的物质技术基础。最后,文章总结了秦国应用实施标准化对当今标准化发展的借鉴之处。

This paper discusses the standardization work carried out in Qin dynasty around its ＂farming and war＂ policy： first, Qin summarized the agricultural production experience of Guanzhong Plain, and drafted and implemented the standards, including iron tools, cattle farming, agriculture management, etc., to pro- mote the development of Qin＇s agriculture. Second, Qin developed the standardized weapons manufacture, developed the military recruitment and management standards, and through national legislation to promote these standards implementation, which created the invincible Qin Army. These work laid a solid material and technological foundation to Qin to conquer the other six Warring States. Finally, this paper summarizes the experiences of Qin implementing standardization.
