摘要
主生产计划的编制是一个复杂的系统工程,从计划的编制、修改、确定、审批、下达、执行的过程中涉及到企业各方面、各部门,是对企业各种相关因素的综合考虑。同时,生产计划的编制要注意预见性、统一性、全局性、完整性、效益性、平衡性、群众性、适应性等。文章以中、大型企业作为研究的对象,对生产计划系统的流程加以梳理、归纳和总结。
The preparation of master production schedule is a complicated systematic project. The process for planning including establishment, modification, identification, approval, issued and implementation is in- volved with all aspects of business and every department, and is taken into account all relevant factors. Also, preparation of production plans should pay attention to predictability, uniformity, overall, the integrity, efficiency, balance, mass and adaptability. In this paper, medium and large enterprises as the object of study, the process of production planning system is sorted out.
