血栓调节蛋白基因多态性及其血浆水平与脑梗死的关系 被引量:7

摘要 脑梗死致残率和致死率很高,是严重威胁人类健康的疾病。该病的发生与多种因素相关,其中凝血/纤溶系统在其发病机制中具有关键作用。血栓调节蛋白(TM)作为一种凝血酶受体,在凝血/纤溶系统的平衡中发挥重要做用。为此,此文就TM基因多态性及其血浆水平与脑梗死的发生及预后的相关性做一综述。
