摘要
以双区理论为基础，提出了多环芳烃（ＰＡＨｓ） 的致癌性与其二阶对数连接性指数（ｌｇｘ（ＩＩ）） 之间的定量关系方程，并利用该方程计算了ＰＡＨｓ 的致癌性，计算值与实验的相符率达９８ ％ 以上。
Based on the di-region theory, this paper has put forward an equation, a quantitative relation between carcinogenicity and the second order logarithmic connectivity indices (lg x (II)) of polycyclically aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), which is used to calculate the carcinogenicity of PAHs. Agreement with calculated values and experimentals is over 98%.
