视神经脊髓炎合并风湿性关节炎一例
摘要
1病例报告患者女,71岁,主因＂头痛7 d,视物模糊、四肢无力4 d＂入院。入院前7 d无明显诱因出现持续头痛,累及后枕、双颞及后颈,自服头痛片略缓解,于当地医院行头CT检查未见异常,静脉点滴血栓通、奥扎格雷钠等治疗6 d,入院前4 d出现右眼视物模糊,
