摘要 针对普洱市水资源丰富、中小水电开发项目较多的水电资源开发现状,探讨如何把水资源优势转化为经济优势,提高中小水电站经济效益的行之有效的开发模式。以小黑江流域中小梯级水电站开发为对象,分析了小黑江流域电站开发采取不同开发方案的水资源利用效率及产生的经济效益,提出以龙头水库建设为基础的梯级水电站开发模式。结果表明,该模式能够实现普洱市山区性河流中小梯级水电站的合理开发,且能充分利用水资源,提高水电站开发的经济效益。 Aiming at the rich water resources and massive development projects of medium and small hydropower stations in Pu'er City,we discuss the transformation of the advantages of water resources to economic benefits and the effective developing mode to improve economic benefit of medium and small hydropower stations.The development of medium and small hydropower stations in Xiaohei River Basin is studied.We analyze the utilization efficiency of water resources and the economic benefits in the cases of different development schemes.The developing mode based on the construction of leading reservoir is proposed.The results show that the proposed mode can realize reasonable development of medium and small hydropower stations in the mountainous basin of Pu'er City and improvement of the economic benefits as well.
