摘要
针对社会频发的各类房屋安全问题,充分调研目前我国房屋安全管理情况,结合笔者多年从事房屋安全鉴定工作经验,对我国房屋安全管理现状进行了深入分析,提出一些建议供房屋安全鉴定管理工作者参考。
In view of the frequent occurrence of housing security problems, this article researches into house safety issues in China. Based on the authori-s years of experience in house safety appraisal, it makes in-depth analysis of the current situation of housing security management in China and proposes some advices for reference of house safety appraisers.
