电机风扇是电机冷却的关键零件,以业内常见的YKK电机风路为例,介绍了一种利用CFD手段分析电机风扇外流道流体场的方法。由于该方法比较复杂,我国电机行业内应用不多,读者可对该技术手段有一定的了解,并可在实际工作中应用。

The fan is a key part of motor in cooling.Taking the ventilation circuit of a YKK motor commonly used in motor industry as an example,this paper introduces a method to analyze fluid field of motor cooling fan outer fluid channel by CFD.This method is more complex,so it is less applied in motor industry now.The authors can have some understanding on this technical means in this paper,and it can be applied to actual work.
