摘要
有些电机产品要求1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢与紫铜硬钎焊,由于不锈钢表面铬、钛的氧化物难于清除,给钎焊带来较大的麻烦,现选用不同焊接材料并采用感应焊进行试验,并对焊接接头的性能进行分析,根据实际情况,总结出切实可行的焊接工艺,实现了在空气中快速可靠焊接。
Some motor products require to adopt brazing technology for 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel and copper.Because chromium and titanium oxide on the surface of stainless steel is difficult to remove,it can bring more troubles in brazing.This paper selects various welding material and adopts induction welding technology for test,and analyzes welding performance of connectors.Based on actual situation,a practical welding technology is summarized.It can realize the fast and reliable welding in air environment.
