摘要
信息伦理行为涉及一切信息使用的对与错。目前关于信息伦理行为的研究多为理论探讨。在已有研究基础之上提出组织伦理气氛与信息伦理行为的假设关系。以中国企业为背景进行问卷调查,运用相关分析和回归分析对调查问卷进行分析,证明企业独立判断导向伦理气氛与信息伦理行为呈正相关性;功利导向伦理气氛与信息伦理行为呈负相关关系。
Information ethical behavior is related to the use of all of the information which is right or wrong. At present, most of the researches on information ethical behavior are about theoretical discussion and lack of empirical study. Based on the previous studies, we give a hypothesis on the Relation between organization ethical climate and information ethical behavior. Through the empirical research including correlation analysis, regression analysis on relation between organization ethical climate and information ethical behavior, this paper draws the conclusion that independence-oriented organization ethical climate has a positive relation with information ethical behavior, and instrumentalism-oriented organization ethical climate has a negative relation with information ethical behavior.
