汶川和玉树地震伤员院内救治的组织管理

The organization and management of rescue in hospital for the patients during the Wenchuan and Yushu earthquake

目的探讨地震伤员院内救治中,如何调配人力、物力、抢救和分流等环节,以达到科学的组织管理。方法通过我院对汶川和玉树两次地震伤员院内救治的组织管理进行回顾性分析。结果在汶川地震伤救治中我院收入院治疗2196例,死亡27例,截肢截瘫64例,转出省外631例。玉树地震伤患者86例全部收治住院,目前已全部康复出院,无1例死亡。结论在地震造成的批量伤院内救治中,建立强有力的统一指挥系统,对人力、物力、抢救和分流各环节进行科学的组织管理,能保证急诊抢救工作有序进行,提高抢救成功率,降低病死率和致残率。

Objective To discuss the material allocation,human resource redeployment,the link of urgent treatment and triage and achieve the purpose of scientific management.Methods The management of rescue for patients in the Wenchuan and Yushu earthquake were analyzed by retrospective method.Results In Wenchuan earthquake 2196 patients were admitted and 27 patients died,64 patients amputated and paraplegia,631 patients were transferred to other provinces.In Yushu earthquake 86 patients were admitted.They all were discharged successfully.Conclusion The allocation of material,human resource and rescue under a strong and unitive command system is very important.It is necessary for promoting the success rate of rescue,decreasing the mortality and disability rate.
