公共危机中政府信息传播能力研究

A Study of Government's Information Dissemination Capability in Public Crisis

当前我国处于经济与社会发展的转型期,也是各种矛盾和危机的频繁期。近些年来的一次次公共危机都给国家和社会带来了巨大的损失,这使得政府对公共危机的管理越来越重视。而公共危机过程中的信息传播渠道复杂,政府信息传播问题并未得到充分关注,因此,提高政府的公共危机信息传播能力也就成为一项重要的研究议题。对公共危机中我国现有的政府信息传播能力进行研究的基础上,提出政府信息传播过程存在的诸多问题,分析出现问题的结症所在,并提出一些改进措施。

Nowadays China is in economic and social transferring period,and is a period of frequent contradictions and crisis.There are many potential crises in recent years and every crisis has brought so many losses to the country,which makes government pay more attention to public crisis management.In the process of public crisis,the information dissemination channel is complicated and we don＇t pay more attention to government＇s information dissemination.It has become an important thesis for the government to enhance the public information dissemination capability in public crisis.This paper has studied the governments＇ information dissemination capacity in public crisis,put forward several problems in the government＇s information dissemination process,analyzed the reasons of the problems,and brought up some countermeasures.
