Studies on Hemp Retting by Enzyme

用 Ｂａｃｉｌｌｕｓ ｓｐ．Ｎｏ． ７４ 菌发酵生产的粗酶制剂作大麻纤维脱胶试验，比较了预处理方式、脱胶时间、酶用量及麻品种的脱胶效果，根据脱胶后纤维的残胶、纤维支数、纤维强力等指标，评估大麻酶法脱胶工艺条件。

Crude enzyme preparation by Bacillus sp. No. 74 fementation is used to make an experiment in hemp retting.Comparision are made among pre-treatment method, retting time, enzyme quality and retting effect of differentkinds of hemp. To evalute technological conditions of hemp retting by enzyme in trems of such indexes as residualliquor,yarn number and fabric strength provides parameter for expanding experiment.
