Spinner Design of Composite Hollow Fibre Membranes

设计制造了多重复合插入管式中空纤维纺丝喷口，可将两种不同的纺丝原液和内凝固液同时经复合喷口挤出，纺制复合中空纤维。中空纤维复合成膜均匀，复合层厚度易于工艺调节控制，即该复合中空纤维纺丝喷口的结构与尺寸设计合理，有很广的工艺适应性。

In this paper, the spinner design was discussed for composite hollow fibre. The composite insert tube type ofspinner is made to fit in the dry-wet spinning system with two kinds of spinning feeds and inner-coagulation toform the composite hollow fibre membrane. Through the composite spinner made by the author,the composite hollow fibre membrane formed is even and the thickness of the composite layer may be controlled.
