根据气动伺服焊枪的性能特点,介绍了一套基于PLC控制器的伺服气动焊枪离线检测机构的原理和组成。系统从机械性能、电气性能、气密水密性、焊接压力、电流、CMK指数等方面评估了被检测焊枪的性能。实际证明,系统可以满足大部分用户检测和维护的需要。

This document introduced the theory and components of an offline test system using PLC controller base on the characteristic of the servo-pneumatic welding gun.The system can evaluate a servo-penumatic gun from the each aspects of mechanical and eletrical performance,the leak of the air and water,electrode force,welding current,and the CMK index.The system has been proved that it can meet the most of requirment of the users.
