摘要 目的探讨窒息新生儿血钙变化及其与窒息、缺氧缺血性脑病的关系。方法对60例窒息新生儿进行血钙测定,按窒息轻重、有无胎儿宫内窘迫及缺氧缺血性脑病程度分组并比较。结果血钙下降程度与窒息程度成正相关,窒息越严重,血钙值越低,尤以24 h内为重。有胎儿宫内窘迫的患儿比无胎儿宫内窘迫的更容易发生低钙血症,血钙浓度与新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病病变程度有密切关系,病情越重,血钙越低。结论血钙的变化与新生儿窒息轻重、缺氧缺血性脑病病变程度密切相关,动态观察窒息新生儿的血钙水平,对评估病情和提示预后有重要价值。 Objective To discuss the changes of serum calcium in neonates with asphyxia and the relations of the serum calcium,the degree of asphyxia and hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.Methods The level of serum calcium in 60 patients was determinated and divided into groups according to the degree of asphyxia and hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.Results The level of serum calcium was positively correlated with the degree of asphyxia.The more serious asphyxia,the lower serum calcium,particularly in 24h.Hypocalcemia were more likely to occur in children with fetal distress.The level of serum calcium were closely related to the degree of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy,the more severe disease,the lower serum calcium.Conclusion The serum calcium is closely related to the degree of asphyxia and hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.The dynamic observation of the serum calcium in neonates with asphyxia is important to the assessment and prognosis of disease.
