江苏城市势力圈与行政区域的叠合分析

Overlay Analysis Between City's Hinterland and Administrative District in Jiangsu

在认识城市势力圈内涵和比较两类划分方法的基础上,用由主成分分析法得到的城市综合规模值和借助GIS求得的最短交通时间成本,来修正势能模型,并划分江苏城市势力圈的范围.结果显示:苏南形成了以南京、苏州为龙头的势力圈空间架构,苏中呈现较为均衡的势力圈态势,而苏北势力圈呈非均衡状态.通过势力圈范围与行政区域的叠合,得到各市域的势力圈构成和各势力圈的跨市域分布,以及两者之间的4种叠合关系.研究结论可为江苏城市体系规划的编制以及省内行政区划的调整提供参考.

On the basis of understanding the connotation of city＇s hinterland and comparing two kind methods of dilimitation,the synthetic scale value of city is calculated by the principal component analysis method,and the least time cost for transportation have been attained with the help of GIS.The synthetic scale value of city and the least time cost for transportation are used to adjust the potential model,and the city＇s hinterlands are delimited in Jiangsu.The result shows that the spatial frame of hinterlands in South Jiangsu has formed,in which Nanjing and Suzhou play leading role,city＇s hinterlands in Middle Jiangsu are evenly distributed,and city＇s hinterlands in North Jiangsu are unevenly distributed.Lastly,the paper compares the scope of hinterland with administrative district,calculates the area proportions of different hinterlands in each city district and the area proportions of different city districts in each hinterland and identifies the relationship between them as four types.The conclusions can be used for reference for the draw-up of city system planning and the adjustment of administrative district in Jiangsu.
