A Comparison of "Source-perform" Organization Structure of National Innovation System between China and the U.S.

本文运用研究与发展经费指标对中国和美国国家创新体系组织结构的演变过程进行分析,就中美两国的创新组织要素和来源执行结构问题提出了几点讨论,为中国国家创新体系结构优化目标设计提供科学支撑。

This paper analyses the organization structure transition of national innovation system in China and the U.S.,using RD expenditure as an indicator,and puts forward for discussion on the issue of innovational organization factor and ＂source-perform＂ structure,and provides scientific support for optimizing the object design of China＇s national innovation system.
