利用SSR技术鉴定区分玉米杂交种丹玉39和铁单10号

Identification of Maize Hybrids ‘Danyu 39’ and ‘Tiedan 10’ by SSR Marker

分别以丹玉39和铁单10号玉米杂交种及其亲本自交系为材料,对20对SSR引物进行筛选,筛选出两杂交种品种鉴定的特异性SSR位点引物;建立了利用SSR分子标记技术鉴定玉米品种真实性的方法。

In this study,the specific SSR primer used to identify the two maize hybrid was selected from 20 pairs of primers by the material of Danyu 39 and Tiedan 10 and their parental inbred lines respectively.It is established that the method of identifying the authenticity of maize hybrid by SSR Marker.
