摘要
设计了一种带有两个方形切角和相互正交槽线的平面双模带通滤波器,并进行了仿真研究和分析.该滤波器在中心频率2.04GHz处,最小插入损耗达到0.09dB,通带内在2.01~2.14GHz之间回波损耗大于10dB,在2.00~2.14GHz之间插入损耗小于1dB,3dB相对带宽为9.31%.通带两侧在1.82GHz和2.39GHz处有两个衰减极点,衰减分别为58.47dB和53.84dB.研究结果表明,该结构可以有效地减小辐射损耗,通带两侧的衰减也变得更好,同时可以减小滤波器的体积,更有利于小型化.
A planar dual-mode bandpass filter with two square corner cuts and a pair of equal crossed slots is designed. The center frequency is about 2.04 GHz and the minimum insertion loss is 0.09 dB. This filter has a return loss 10 dB more within 2.01-2.14 GHz and insertion loss 1 dB less within 2.00-2.14 GHz, and the 3 dB fractional bandwidth is 9.31%. There are two attenuation poles on both sides of the bandpass. They are 58.47 dB and 53.84 dB at the frequency of 1.82 GHz and 2.39 GHz, respectively. The simulated results show that this filter can reduce loss effectively, and the attenuation both sides of the bandpass become better. In addition, the size of designed filter is reduced, so it makes miniaturization easy.
