基于遗传算法和Topsis法的水电站装机容量评价模型

摘要 对传统的Topsis法进行改进,利用加速遗传算法检验、修正判断矩阵,得到判断矩阵的一致性指标系数的改进层次分析法确定评价指标权重,提出一种新的水电站装机容量方案评价模型.结果表明,该方法科学、实用,与传统方法相比,评价值差异明显,更有利于决策. The traditional Topsis method is improved, and a modified AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) is presented when AGA (Accelerating Genetic Algorithm) is used to test and correct the judgement matrix and the consistency index factor of the judgement matrix is gotten directly. Then the index weights are calculated by the improved AHP. In this paper, an evaluation model for installed capacity of hydropower station is proposed. The results confirm that the method is scientific and practical. Compared with the traditional method, the difference of the evaluation values is significant. This is more conducive to decision-making.
